Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food and beverage service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate - F&B Service to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality. You will work collaboratively with our team to create memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and professionalism.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Serve food and beverages according to established brand standards and service protocols, ensuring proper presentation and timing
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set according to established standards before, during, and after service
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, demonstrating service procedures and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies, reporting shortages, and maintaining organized work stations
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health and safety protocols consistently
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting colleagues and working flexibly to meet operational needs

• Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage operations and guest interaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and empathy
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward work and team collaboration
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles (preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
• Basic understanding of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings (training provided)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks
