What You’ll Do

As part of the Inspiration Crew, you’ll help create the Moxy experience from the moment guests walk through the door.

You will:

• Be the face of the guest experience, making guests feel welcome and part of the Moxy atmosphere
• Handling guest feedback, challenges and special requests with confidence, empathy and creativity
• Keeping the guest vibe high, ensuring service is friendly, authentic and on brand
• Monitoring guest feedback and satisfaction scores to continuously elevate the experience
• Working closely with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
• Supporting the arrival experience and interact with guests across the Moxy Living Room and social spaces
• Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver energetic and engaging hospitality
• Creating moments that guests remember long after check-out

Requirements:
We’re searching for someone who:

•Has experience in Guest Relations or Front Office supervision
• Loves connecting with people and creating positive experiences
• Is confident, energetic and solution-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle hotel environment
• Has excellent communication skills and a natural guest-focused mindset
• Leads by example with a hands-on attitude
