Guest Relations Manager

About the role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience while managing guest inquiries, compliments, and concerns with professionalism.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements to service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with guests, creating loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest preferences and any special requests to exceed expectations.
• Oversee the guest arrival and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at all touchpoints.
• Lead and train the guest relations team to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and challenges promptly, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their needs are met and to foster lasting relationships.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in guest relations or similar roles within high-end hospitality establishments.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury hotel market, particularly in the Mykonos area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
• A deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry.
