Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking intuitive and sophisticated  "Guest Relations Manager" to define the art of wellness within our sanctuary.
This is more than a role; it is an invitation to be a founding member of a newborn brand. At Aliée, wellness is where high-fashion aesthetics meet holistic healing. You will have the autonomy to deliver bespoke guest experiences that position our spa as a global destination at the intersection of culture, hospitality, and rejuvenation.
As an Aliée Guest Relations Manager, you are a vital guardian of our brand’s sensory identity. 
• Welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized service throughout their stay
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Supervise and train the guest relations team
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in hotel management systems
