Guest Relations Manager
for an exciting new project in Milos
About the role:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences tailored to individual preferences.
• Develop and implement guest relations strategies that foster loyalty and enhance satisfaction, leveraging guest feedback and engagement metrics to improve services.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring personalized interactions and timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services that meet the hotel's high standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations of guest experiences and address any challenges promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all guests feel valued and heard.
• Oversee the welcome and farewell of guests, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhances their overall stay.
• Lead and train the guest relations team, instilling a culture of service excellence that aligns with the vision of the new project.
• Stay updated with the latest service trends and hospitality innovations to implement best practices within the new establishment.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in a guest relations or equivalent role, ideally within the luxury or boutique hotel sector.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality market, particularly in Greece or the surrounding region.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceptional service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
