• The Guest Relations Team Leader is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Guest Relations section whilst on duty. 
• To ensure that all guests of the hotel are checked in and checked out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.
• To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel.
•Qualification in hospitality related discipline.
•Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
•Ability to enhance organizational performance.
