About the role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they are welcomed warmly and their needs are addressed efficiently.
• Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Foster strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and personalizing their experiences.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, acting on insights to continually improve service delivery.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guests have a smooth and pleasant transition.
• Be proactive in addressing any guest issues or challenges, striving for timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations or front office operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
