About the role:
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Assist in managing the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations or a front desk role, preferably within the luxury hotel sector.
• Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
• Adept at problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
