Nestled in a natural environment between sandy mountains and deep blue seas is Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. 250 rooms Built in traditional Nubian style operated with Collaborative, Friendly & Ambitious teamwork.

• Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
• Keeps an updated record of the guests’ information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
• Deal effectively with any guest comments and or / complaints taking full ownership of the situation
• To assist the Front Desk, ensuring room changes and Accor Live Limitless member arrivals are carried out smoothly
• Adhere & hold Agents accountable to adhere to Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Relations Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours 
• Must have excellent written/verbal communication and Guest interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computerized Front Office systems.
• Recognized commitment to Guest service, exceeding Guest expectations and anticipate needs.
• Has outstanding Guest services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to make quick decisions, solve problems, initiate action and complete assignments on a timely basis. .
• Previous experience in Front Office Operations including Front Desk and Reservations.
• Specks fluent German & English Languages. 
• Has A very good Computer skills. 
• 2 Years Experiences at least in Hotels Field as a Guest Relation will be advantage.
