Guest Relations Agent

to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

• As a Guest Relations Agent, you will serve as the vital link between the guests and the hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and improve guest satisfaction.
• Proactively connect with guests to anticipate their needs and offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, working to address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and service techniques.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to varying guest needs.
