Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hostel
plan and execute a variety of in-house events, manage online and phone reservations
support Food & Beverage sales by ensuring daily happy hours, specials, and other promotions are communicated to our guests
ensuring they are engaging and fun to provide great experiences for our guests as part of their guest journey.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Support the sales and experience delivery of Travel & Tours.
Guest Experience should not be fundamental to the delivery of Mad Monkey tour products, but should be strategically available to support the Travel & Tour teams to elevate the Guest Experience during tours.
Qualifications:
Good communication in English
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
Solid written and verbal communication skills
know about the guest service role
Professional attitude and appearance
