ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and manage dealership CSI performance
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer delivery experience
Maintain and manage customer profiles
Uphold Lexus customer service standards
Support event planning and in-store activations
Assist Brand Manager with social media initiatives
Drive team engagement initiatives
Oversee property-related coordination
Ensure Lexus Corporate Identity (CI) and Maintenance Initiatives (MI) compliance
Develop and implement internal SOPs
Act as liaison for janitorial and security vendors
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Solid computer skills (MS Office, internet-based systems)
Sound judgment and decision-making ability
Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
