Job Description Responsibilities Collect, compile and manage Communications regional reports such as print & social media coverage Handle Public Relations sample merchandise and loan requests from the region Arrange shipments for Public Relations sample merchandise in preparation of Public Relations activities & event Support Client Engagement team on management of gifts, stock, shipments, and client events when required. Assist the Communications team in organising and execution of Public Relations events All other ad hoc activities in support of both Communications and Client Engagement teams Requirements Undergraduate in a Marketing or Communications discipline Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Previous experience with other fashion houses is preferred Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment all while handling multiple tasks simultaneously High flexibility and ability to adapt to different challenges Ability to work an ad hoc schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays (if requested) In Tune with Current Luxury Experiences Good Communications & Navigation Skills Job Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Start Date 2026-01-05 Schedule Full time Organization Gucci Singapore
