GTM & Revenue Operations Specialist (Remote – South Africa)

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in South Africa)

About the Role

VirtuHire has partnered with a fast-growing, Dubai-based GTM and AI automation consultancy to find a hands-on GTM & Revenue Operations Specialist.

Our client doesn’t do corporate, and they don’t do "slow." They run high-intensity outbound acquisition campaigns for international markets, build AI-powered workflows, and help founder-led businesses scale their growth operations.

This is not a strategy role. This is a "build and run" role. You will be in the tools every day—setting up campaigns, building workflows, and diagnosing technical bottlenecks. You will manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously and be directly accountable for output quality.

Your Responsibilities

Outbound Campaign Management

• Email & LinkedIn Ops: Build, launch, and manage cold outreach using Instantly and Dripify.
• Infrastructure: Manage sending domains, inboxes, and warm-up protocols to ensure high deliverability.
• Optimization: Proactively monitor performance and fix bottlenecks before they impact results.

Lead Generation & Data

• Sourcing: Build hyper-targeted lead lists using Apollo.
• Enrichment: Use Clay and AI to clean, segment, and enrich data to a campaign-ready standard.

Workflow & Automation

• n8n Builds: Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n.
• Integrations: Connect tools via API and webhooks without hand-holding.
• AI Implementation: Build AI-assisted sequences and booking flows to streamline operations.

CRM & Reporting

• Data Management: Own pipelines and contact records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates and flag issues proactively.

You must be able to hit the ground running with the majority of this stack:

• Instantly & Dripify (Cold Email & LinkedIn automation)
• Apollo & Clay (Sourcing and enrichment)
• n8n (Workflow automation)
• GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM & Pipeline management)
• Claude / ChatGPT (AI-assisted copy and logic)

Who You Are:

• Based in South Africa with flawless professional English.
• 2+ years running outbound campaigns or RevOps for B2B businesses.
• Experienced in managing multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
• A systems thinker who naturally documents wins and debugs breaks.
• High-agency individual who operates with minimal oversight.
