About the Role

As a Recruiter at Agentio, you’ll be an essential partner in growing our team and shaping the future of the company. This role goes beyond “filling reqs”—you’ll own full-cycle recruiting while partnering with our leadership team to refine processes, build scalable systems, and elevate candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, CEO, Head of Sales, and other leaders to grow their organizations. You’ll be the connector between exceptional talent and critical business needs, ensuring we bring in the builders who will define our next phase.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and non-technical roles, from sourcing through closing.

• Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.

• Source creatively. You’ll engage top talent leveraging traditional recruiting tools and scrappy outreach tactics.

• Leverage AI tools to automate and scale recruiting workflows, from candidate research to communication, multiplying your reach and efficiency.

• Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring thoughtful touchpoints and timely communication.

• Collaborate with the Head of Talent to optimize recruiting processes and build scalable employer branding efforts.

• Anticipate hiring needs, building strong pipelines and mapping talent networks in advance.

• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to guide sourcing strategies and improve performance.

What You Need

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience recruiting across technical (engineering/product) and business (GTM/ops) functions.

• Strong sourcing chops, with a proven ability to engage passive candidates.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with flawless tactical execution.

• Comfort juggling multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.

• Curiosity and comfort adopting new AI tools and technology to supercharge your recruiting.

• A collaborative, people-first approach paired with urgency and ownership.

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $150,000 & $185,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for equity, and competitive benefits.
