We tell our audience what they want and need to know to improve their lives and the world with storytelling that is accessible, smart, sometimes unexpected, and always helpful. Our team members embody and uphold Business Insider’s three core values: we are all one team, we are effective, and we get better every day.

The Role & Team:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the framing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches and core revenue-driving products, ensuring clarity and consistency across all sales-facing materials and communications.

This role is highly visible across the organization and will serve as a critical bridge between edit, product, strategy, and the revenue function. You will be responsible for developing messaging frameworks, launch materials, and enablement tools that empower sales teams to effectively articulate our value proposition. You will also help shape how innovation, strategic priorities, and organizational infrastructure are communicated internally to support alignment and growth.

The Product Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Creative Strategy and sits on the Creative Strategy team. This position is based in our New York City HQ with an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging development for new product launches and enhancements

• Develop and maintain positioning frameworks and core narratives for key revenue-generating products and editorial initiatives

• Create, organize, and optimize sales enablement materials, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and consistency across the revenue organization

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Editorial to align on messaging and strategic communications

• Manage a centralized system for discovery and organization of sales and product materials

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Demonstrable knowledge of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and positioning within a media or digital advertising environment

• Previous experience developing sales enablement materials and cross-functional launch plans

• Strong storytelling, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint), project management platforms, and shared content repositories

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)

• Flexible PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans

• Matched and vested 401k plan

• Access to resources for financial planning guidance, family planning services, mental health reach out and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

• Additional benefits include commuter benefits, phone reimbursement, gym membership discounts, and more
