Job Description

About Giga

Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. Together, our team combines fresh perspectives with deep industry experience to solve real-world problems for our customers. We move fast and think practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you.

What You'll Do:
Giga Energy is seeking a GTM Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to help scale a high-performing go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, operational rigor, and enablement - owning the systems, processes, cadence, and content that ensure our Sales team is productive, consistent, and set up to win.

You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Field Operations to remove friction from core workflows (lead-to-cash), improve forecasting and pipeline health, and build enablement programs that accelerate ramp and drive adoption of the “Giga way” of selling.

This position reports to the Head of GTM Strategy and Operations and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of operations and enablement at Giga Energy.

Where you’ll work:

If based outside of our Houston, Long Beach or San Francisco hubs, this role will be based remotely from your home office. You must be willing to occasionally travel to one of our hub offices for offsites.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations (Process, Systems, and Execution)

• Operationalize and continuously improve end-to-end GTM workflows (lead routing, qualification, pipeline management, quoting, contracting, handoffs).

• Own Sales CRM hygiene and usability in partnership with systems stakeholders (e.g., HubSpot), including field definitions, required data, stage exit criteria, and governance.

• Build and maintain operating cadences: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBR support, and weekly business reporting.

• Create scalable documentation and playbooks for repeatable sales motions (new logo, expansion, renewals handoff, etc.).

• Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and cycle time.

Sales Enablement (Ramp, Training, and Field Readiness)

• Build and run onboarding and ramp programs for new Sales hires, including role-based paths, certifications, and readiness checks.

• Develop and maintain core enablement assets: talk tracks, discovery guides, deal qualification frameworks, objection handling, and competitive intel.

• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate technical capabilities into sales-ready messaging and field tools.

• Drive ongoing enablement rhythms (monthly training, product updates, sales manager enablement, reinforcement plans).

• Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption, time-to-productivity, win rates, and pipeline progression metrics.

Insights & Performance Management

• Define and track key GTM performance metrics tied to revenue and margin goals (pipeline health, stage conversion, cycle time, win rate, activity effectiveness).

• Build actionable dashboards and reporting (by segment, territory, rep, channel) and ensure leaders can self-serve performance insights.

• Diagnose performance issues and propose interventions (process change, training reinforcement, data fixes, tooling updates).

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Are an expert in HubSpot managing CRM data, automation, and reporting with ease

• Have strong analytical skills and can turn data into actionable insights

• Thrive in building systems and processes from scratch and enjoy solving complex, ambiguous challenges

• Are an excellent communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Even better if you:

• Have experience as the first RevOps hire at a startup or scaling organization

• Are familiar with third-party tools such as BI dashboards, and automation or iPaaS

• Have a track record of driving growth through optimized GTM processes and reporting

Benefits:

• Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance

• Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup

• 401(k) with 4% employer match

• Unlimited PTO

• Parental leave

• Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)

• Commuter benefits

• Monthly team onsites where all offices come in–person to collaborate

If you’re passionate about building efficient, data-driven revenue operations and want to have a direct impact on a company’s growth trajectory, we’d love to hear from you!
