Responsibilities and daily work

• Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through structured market and account analysis to support GTM Associates.

• Build and maintain target account lists based on data, ICP criteria, and commercial priorities.

• Analyze markets, segments, and buying signals to uncover new outbound opportunities and improve conversion rates.

• Work closely with the commercial team and GTM Associates to optimize prospecting strategies, messaging, and prioritization.

• Track and analyze prospecting performance, pipeline data, and market feedback to continuously improve results.

• Turn data and insights into clear recommendations that strengthen go-to-market and sales execution.

• Work closely with the founding team, leadership, sales, and operations

Who you are

• Curious and analytical by nature, with a strong interest in markets and data.

• Preferably a business student in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytical tools, and eager to improve your skill set.

• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated by ownership and real responsibility.

• Able to work 20-25 hours a week.

• Thrives in environments with autonomy, responsibility, and high expectations.

Who we are

Cernel is building the next generation of ecommerce infrastructure with AI-powered agents that automate complex tasks and connect workflows across systems. We’re developing an advanced agent framework that analyses data, makes decisions, and drives performance – giving ecommerce teams better results, higher conversions, and more time for creative work.
