Required Skills
Job Description
Location:
On-site - Singapore
About the Company:
Our client is building a next-generation asset-issuance protocol for event futures, where outcomes trade as liquid tokens and resolve with asymmetric, uncapped upside. By turning real-world and onchain events into programmable financial assets, the protocol introduces a new primitive for event-based speculation and continuous price discovery.
The team is building mobile-first, consumer-grade infrastructure that enables users to express conviction, hedge scenarios, and trade shifting probabilities throughout the lifecycle of an event.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a GTM Engineer to build the technical systems that power the protocol’s go-to-market execution. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, growth, operations, and partnerships.
You will design and ship the backend services, internal tools, partner integrations, data workflows, and lightweight product surfaces that help the team move faster on growth. This role is ideal for someone who sees go-to-market as an engineering problem and enjoys building practical systems that directly support distribution, experimentation, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain backend services that support growth initiatives, campaigns, integrations, and analytics
• Create internal tools, dashboards, and operational workflows that improve GTM execution across growth, partnerships, and product
• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business and GTM needs into scoped technical solutions
• Support external integrations and partner-facing implementations, including debugging, documentation, and technical troubleshooting
• Work with onchain and offchain data to surface actionable insights for growth and product decisions
• Build lightweight frontends, partner pages, and technical utilities when needed
• Improve speed and leverage across the organization by identifying manual bottlenecks and automating repeatable workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and leadership to ship high-impact solutions quickly
