We are looking for a Go To Market Enablement Sales Methodology & Coaching Manager to join our team. The Sales Field Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering programming, content, and training that enables our Sales floor to effectively sell, drive adoption, and retain clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coaches Revenue team members on our Sales Methodology and best practices for effective sales techniques; utilizes conversational analytics tools to uncover trends in customer conversations and partners with Revenue Managers to refine our conversations with customers

• Facilitates engaging training sessions in a live, hybrid, or remote environment

• Designs and delivers impactful learning programs focused on core sales skills that scale to a large audience.

• Collaborates with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to ensure all training materials reflect the latest sales initiatives; provides proactive recommendations on new customer marketing materials or competitive intel materials required for the Revenue team.

• Partners with peers, such as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Product Pillars and the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Tools & Systems Pillar, to develop and maintain content within Seismic and company newsletter.

• Evaluates the impact of their enablement programs using the Kirkpatrick Model and proactively identifies areas for improvement.

• Creates eLearning material in Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS

• Solicits ongoing feedback from cross-functional partners and revenue teams in order to drive improvements to Enablement programs and internal processes

• Support various Enablement department projects such as Revenue Kickoff, and other Revenue-wide initiatives.

• Relationship builder; collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams

• Agile and flexible; able to pivot quickly and adapt to changing environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: public speaking, classroom facilitation, storytelling, process documentation, translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, skillfully using web conference technology and internal messaging tools

• Ability to prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders to maximize business impact

• 1:1 and small group sales coaching

• Certified in one or more sales methodologies

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Financial Technology software, major players in the market, and how financial technology improves business operations

• Demonstrated ability to design creative and effective Sales collateral, including: presentations, one-pagers, infographics, LMS courses, asynchronous video, etc.

• Sales tool administration: Gong, Articulate, Seismic, Docebo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight

• Preferred: prior closing experience in a Sales role

Technologies used: Articulate / Rise 360, Asana, Canva, Confluence/Wiki, Docebo, Gong, Google Suite, Outreach, Salesforce, Seismic, Slack, Zoom

Experience:

The ideal candidate has a combination of the experience below:

• 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Coaching within the Financial Technology industry or related industry

• 2+ years in B2B Sales (Account Executive or similar closing role)

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range
$75,900—$91,100 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range
$64,500—$77,400 USD
