Job Description
About Rhapsody:
Healthcare is innovating fast and AI is accelerating the pace. But AI is only as good as the data it can securely access. Today, moving data between providers, payers, and digital health innovators is still harder than it should be, and inconsistent data quality creates risk, rework, and stalled initiatives.
Our mission is to accelerate innovation by reducing the burden of data access and data quality so teams can build, deploy, and scale solutions with confidence. Rhapsody provides behind-the-scenes interoperability and data quality foundation that helps information move reliably between systems, across formats, and at the speed modern healthcare demands.
Most people won’t ever see our products during a medical visit (that’s infrastructure). Think of Rhapsody as the connective tissue and increasingly, the “data readiness” layer that enables digital transformation, analytics, and AI initiatives by making data accessible, trustworthy, and actionable.
If you want to help solve one of healthcare’s hardest problems, turning fragmented data into safe, usable information—apply at rhapsody.health.
About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM & Pipeline Programs Manager to drive pipeline creation and bookings through high-impact events, webinars, sales enablement programs, and GTM campaign execution. In this role, you’ll bring our demand, product, and partner strategies to life in the field—ensuring the right buyers engage, sales teams are enabled, and programs convert into measurable revenue.
The ideal candidate is an organized operator and a strong collaborator who understands how field marketing accelerates deals. At Rhapsody, we are an AI-first company, meaning we actively use and embrace artificial intelligence to enhance how we work, collaborate, and deliver. We expect our team members to be open to adopting AI tools in their roles, continuously exploring ways to work smarter, improve efficiency, and drive innovation while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and ethical responsibility.

Lead planning and execution for field events and webinars, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong attendance, and meaningful engagement with target accounts.
Align event strategies with Sales to support territory priorities and pipeline goals.
Report on event outcomes, including engagement trends, lead flow, and pipeline influence.
GTM Activation & Launch Support
Bring launches and integrated campaigns to life in the field by coordinating rollout, tailoring messaging, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Own recurring GTM programs such as the webinar calendar, sales newsletters, and enablement calls.
Program Management & Execution Excellence
Deliver programs on time and on budget while maintaining high standards for organization, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate across PMM, Demand Gen, and Sales to ensure campaigns and events are well-coordinated and field-ready.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution and sales engagement.
Surface insights and recommend improvements that boost program effectiveness and increase pipeline impact.
AI
Embeds AI into repeatable, systemized workflows (e.g., reporting, analysis, planning), using it by default to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.
Develops reusable prompts, templates, and simple automations that combine AI with internal data to drive ongoing productivity gains across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
4–7 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand gen, growth marketing, or revenue-focused GTM roles.

Proven ability to plan and execute complex field events, webinars, and multi-touch programs.
Strong project management and operational rigor; able to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and deliver clear, actionable updates for Sales and GTM stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, webinar platforms, event tools).
Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline contribution, attendance, lead capture, and program ROI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across functions.
