Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented GSC Risk and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective risk management and compliance framework, ensuring strong governance and regular monitoring.
• Lead periodic risk assessments, update risk registers, and report on key risk indicators to track program performance.
• Promote a strong risk and compliance culture through training and proactive risk identification.
• Ensure Supply Chain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including customs, trade, tariffs, and cross-border requirements.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and audits and develop policies and procedures to ensure ethical, legal, and contractual compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Risk Management with deep knowledge of supply chain regulations, trade, customs, tariffs, and risk frameworks.
• Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data-driven risk reporting (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong communicator and proactive leader.
