We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping professional to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your commitment to excellence and collaborative spirit will directly contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences and upholding our organization's high standards.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to meet our rigorous standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Properly handle, store, and inventory cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest amenities in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and positive guest experiences
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
• Maintain the security and privacy of guest rooms and hotel property at all times
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety
• Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, communicating needs to supervisors
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices, new cleaning techniques, and organizational standards
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating a professional, courteous, and supportive attitude toward guests and colleagues
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues independently, escalating complex matters when necessary

• Previous experience in housekeeping, facility maintenance, or guest services roles
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations

• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality services
• Experience with hotel management systems or housekeeping software
• Multilingual abilities (particularly local language proficiency in Mysuru region)
