• Als Gruppenleiter für Automatisierungstechnik (w/m/div.) führst du fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team mit 17 Mitarbeiter:innen.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die wirtschaftliche Konzeption von Automatisierungslösungen sowie für das Projektmanagement von Investitionsprojekten im Fertigungsumfeld. Dabei erkennst du wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und bildest diese beispielsweise durch Target-Costing ab.
• Um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sicherzustellen, bringst du neue Technologien in die Fertigung ein, arbeitest mit Hochschulen und der zentralen Forschung (CR) zusammen und verfolgst zukunftsorientierte Entwicklungsprojekte.

• Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung und Know-How: Erfahrung in der Konzeption von wirtschaftlichen Automatisierungslösungen Projektmanagement, Kenntnisse im Bereich der Roboter-Technik (bevorzugt Kuka), Führungserfahrung
• Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: strukturierte Arbeitsweise, wirtschaftliches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke
• Sprache: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
