Growth Strategy Manager (SMB)

In our Commercial team, we are the architects of efficiency. Following our recent integration of foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti, we are building a powerhouse that serves 16 markets across Europe and Asia. We are looking for a Growth Strategy Manager for SMB who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to turn strategy into reality.

You will be the driving force behind our Longtail operating model. This isn’t just about checking boxes; it’s about ensuring change "sticks" across our global hubs and BPO partners.

• Lead the Charge: Own the rollout of new segmentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows across diverse international markets.

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Drive Adoption: You don’t just launch and leave. You champion training and change management to ensure our teams embrace new ways of working.

• Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and ensure we maintain a "Hero" standard of execution consistency.

• Impact at Scale: Directly influence our success metrics, from on-time rollouts to reducing execution variance across the globe.

• Experience: 5–8+ years in Operations Program Management, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation.

• International Mindset: You have a proven track record in multi-market environments or managing large-scale BPO operations.

• Resilience: You thrive in ambiguity. You move fast, take action, and adapt when the road gets bumpy.

• Stakeholder Mastery: You can navigate a complex matrix organization, influencing everyone from local hub managers to C-suite executives.

• Delivery Discipline: You are obsessed with impact. You don’t just manage a project; you own the outcome.

• Language skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages such as Hungarian, German, Czech, Swedish or Norwegian advantage.
