Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Growth Program Manager - Revenue & Strategic Initiatives will drive key growth initiatives across Cain Watters & Associates. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations and is responsible for turning strategy into execution. The individual in this role will translate high level growth priorities into clear plans, coordinated efforts, and measurable outcomes. Success requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while keeping momentum and accountability high. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by building scalable, repeatable processes that support growth.
Essential Functions
• Execute and manage key growth initiatives, including outbound pilots, strategic partnerships and events, and new product rollouts.
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams to align execution, dependencies, and priorities.
• Monitor progress, identify execution risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Own day-to-day execution of assigned growth initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans, defining timelines, owners, dependencies, and success criteria from kickoff through completion.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and blockers across all active projects.
• Coordinate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, NCS, Operations, Wealth, and other stakeholders to align execution efforts and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Proactively identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and delays, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.
• Establish and maintain clear accountability across projects by tracking commitments, following up on overdue tasks, and resetting expectations as needed.
• Improve speed from idea to execution by streamlining coordination, reducing friction between teams, and driving timely decision making.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to leadership, including visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of execution processes by identifying patterns in delays or inefficiencies and recommending adjustments.
• Ensure consistent documentation and communication of project plans, timelines, and decisions to maintain alignment and transparency.
