Job Description
We are Clario, a consumer-focused company on a mission to make digital life easy. We’re here to create smart yet simple apps with a human touch, empowering better productivity, security, and lifestyles. With mature products used by millions worldwide and years of in-house product development, we’re waiting to unleash your hidden talents and make you sparkle. Join us and let’s go together!
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to turn insights into measurable growth.
Your playground: Web-to-App (W2A) funnels and checkout/paywall optimization in our iOS app.
Your mission: convert Facebook Ads traffic into installs, activations, and payments — fast — through smart hypotheses, rapid prototyping, and continuous A/B testing.
Work Format
• 100% focus on W2A and iOS app growth, no side distractions.
• Fast-paced environment: short iterations (days/weeks), rapid “hypothesis → design → test → learn → repeat” cycles.
• You’ll use AI at every stage — from idea generation to copy, layouts, and analysis.
Responsibilities
• Design and optimize the Web-to-App journey: FB Ad → W2A → Checkout → App Store → Onboarding.
• Iterate on W2A funnels and checkout flows: test messaging, step order, barriers, pricing, plans, and trial structures.
• Generate, score, and prioritize hypotheses using ICE/PIE frameworks.
• Deliver quick, testable solutions in Figma — with multiple versions ready for experimentation.
• Design and evolve onboarding, paywall, and purchase experiences; test messaging, pricing, trials, bundles, and localizations.
• Define analytics events, track key states, and validate implementation post-release.
• Build a lightweight design system for growth experiments — fast, flexible, and easy to iterate on.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Manager and iOS team; bring data, AI, and user empathy together in every decision.
Requirements
Hard Skills
• 3–5+ years in Product/UI/UX Design for mobile apps, with solid experience in iOS.
• Portfolio that shows your impact on conversion funnels, onboarding, paywall/checkout, and A/B tests.
• You think in metrics — CTR, CVR, install-to-trial, trial-to-paid, ARPU/LTV, churn.
• Confident use of AI tools throughout the design process.
• Advanced Figma user (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping); AI plugins are a plus.
• Strong grasp of iOS HIG, in-app purchase/subscription patterns, and App Store Review Guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Understanding of AARRR / HEART frameworks, JTBD, CJM, and CRO principles for mobile.
• Ability to write detailed, clear specs — states, edge cases, localizations, text lengths.
Soft Skills
• You move fast and iterate even faster — exploring alternatives, explaining trade-offs, and maintaining top quality.
• You’re transparent in communication and thrive in short feedback loops with the Growth Manager.
Nice to Have
• Experience with localization, multi-currency flows, and pricing experiments.
• Familiarity with win-back/renewal funnels, post-trial retention, and push/in-app messaging strategies.
Hiring Process
• Stage 1: Interview with HR.
• Stage 2: Technical assignment
• Stage 3: Interview with Hiring Manager.
What we offer for your success
• Very warm and friendly working environment and flexible working schedule.
• 20 days off, and 12 sick days paid by the company per year. Paid national holidays.
• Medical insurance, and health protection programs (with COVID-19 and dental coverage).
• Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
