We are a stealth mode Healthcare AI startup, and currently looking for the first hire on the Growth and Operations team.

Who are we

We are a small team obsessed with deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and a customer-first approach. Our mission is to build the best care experience in healthcare with a 30-year horizon. The founding team brings deep expertise across medicine, product, operations, and engineering. Collectively, we have built multiple 0-to-1 products and scaled companies from inception to over $1B in valuation, $60M+ ARR, and 100M+ MAU.

We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe the future of healthcare will not be driven by large, bureaucratic systems, but by empowered individual physicians. By lowering barriers to practice ownership, we enable doctors to deliver better care for everyone.

We are builders, physicians, and operators with decades of combined experience in healthcare and technology—including more than 30 years of hands-on experience running successful independent practices across urgent care centers, surgical centers, and beyond.

Our team has also started and helped shape products used by billions at companies such as Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad.

Traction

• We have strong product-market fit ($4MM ARR in under 14 months), and currently have enough demand in our pipeline to achieve the 2026 goal of $18MM ARR.

• We are profitable and funded by top-tier VCs in the healthcare vertical.

• We are looking for a generalist to work together to scale to hundreds of customers. You'll fit in if you want to take ownership of a product, process, or company from 1 to 100.

You Will

• Be building an end-to-end, AI-first healthcare platform from the ground up.

• Execute and optimize end-to-end operational processes.

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and physicians to develop and refine patient care processes.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient workflows that enhance the patient journey.

• Potential work also includes competitor analysis, market research, market expansion, etc.

• Contribute to GTM initiatives to scale from 1 → 100: creating playbooks for launching in new markets, developing customer acquisition strategies, and designing onboarding flows

• You might have 2-5 years of work experience

• You are a self-starter with an obsessive drive.

• You can think independently, and can craft a strategic plan and execute it end-to-end.

• You are not afraid of complex problems, and can design creative products/solutions to solve them.

• You believe in a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on approach

• You have the ability to deal with problems at an abstracted level and uncertainty.

• You are a tinkerer and love building products that delight. You are willing to persevere to take something from great to remarkable.

• You’re excited by building scalable GTM engines - from defining new markets to driving activation - and you enjoy thinking at 10,000-foot strategic altitude while also dropping to the 1-inch level to optimize a single workflow step that helps scale from 100 customers to 10,000.

• You are a good person to work with. We want to play long-term games with long-term people.
