About Binance Academy

Binance Academy is the education arm of Binance, focused on making blockchain and crypto knowledge accessible to users around the world. We produce free, high-quality educational content across articles, courses, glossaries, and learning campaigns, supporting users at every stage of their crypto journey, from beginners to advanced participants.

As part of the wider Content Business Unit, Binance Academy works closely with product, marketing, data, and regional teams to deliver educational initiatives at global scale, including Learn & Earn programs, content localization in over 30 languages, institutional/government partnerships and on-platform learning experiences. As Academy continues to scale, we are looking to hire a Growth Manager to drive new user growth strategies, engagement, and retention across Academy’s content, courses, and learning campaigns. This role will focus on data-driven growth initiatives, working closely with Content, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to expand Academy’s reach and impact.

Job Descriptions::
• Initiate growth strategies to build Binance Academy’s influence in the crypto world and enhance the collaboration with globalwide regulatory bodies & educational institutions.
• Identify untapped growth opportunities across new formats, products, distribution channels, and learning experiences.
• Lead zero-to-one experimentation, from concept development to MVP launch and post-launch iteration.
• Design and run structured growth experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate), balancing speed with data rigor.
• Partner closely with Product, Tech, Content, and Marketing teams to bring new ideas from concept to execution.
• Define success metrics for early-stage initiatives and continuously refine based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Build scalable frameworks for turning successful experiments into repeatable growth levers.
• Stay close to user behavior, market trends, and competitor approaches, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
• Clearly communicate learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Requirements::
• 5–8 years of experience in growth, operations, or innovation-focused roles, preferably within education, tech, or community-driven environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across global stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Demonstrated interest in education and blockchain technology; experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; Mandarin or additional languages are an advantage.
