Responsbilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize content and creator growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage content programming, including setup, targeting, budgeting, execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking to ensure timely delivery and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, including user engagement, activation, and retention, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Analyze product usage data, campaign performance metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to generate actionable recommendations for growth strategies, product improvements, and partnership opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or growth, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Startup mentality with a hands-on approach to tasks.
• Excellent data skills with the ability to quickly track and analyze growth.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective strategies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote global teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, creator economy and best practices in crypto and digital marketing.

This is a full-time remote position.
