What will you do in the role?

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive innovative acquisition strategies and increase loan application submissions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and experimentation.

You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, testing unconventional ideas, and executing campaigns that effectively reach our target audience (prospective international students). This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is equally strong in ideation and execution.

What are some of the responsibilities of this role?

Drive Application Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase loan applications across key markets

Identify new channels and opportunities to reach prospective students

Experimentation & Innovation

Design, test, and scale innovative marketing campaigns (digital, partnerships, content, etc.)

Continuously experiment with new ideas and optimize based on performance

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze funnel performance, campaign metrics, and user behaviour

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion rates

Audience & Channel Expansion

Explore new ways to reach and engage target segments (students planning to study abroad)

Work on creative outreach strategies tailored to different geographies and personas

Execution Excellence

Own end-to-end execution of campaigns - from concept to launch to optimization

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and partnerships teams

Performance Tracking

Monitor KPIs such as leads, applications, CAC, and conversion rates

Maintain a strong focus on ROI and scalable growth

What would the ideal candidate be great at?

Comfortable working with marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities. 

Creative problem solver who can generate new ideas for acquisition, engagement, or conversion improvement. 

Effective cross-functional collaborator where needed to drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role. 

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. 

Proven ability to execute campaigns, not just ideate. 

Comfortable running experiments and working in a test-and-learn environment. 

Creative thinker who can come up with out-of-the-box ideas to reach new audiences. 

Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. 

Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. 

Experience with AI tools for marketing.
