About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and engagement across social media platforms through creative content, paid campaigns, and community management. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. Additionally, the role provides administrative and marketing support, such as sending marketing emails, managing databases, lead generation, and other ad hoc tasks to support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, capable of balancing high-level strategy with ground-level execution.

1. Organic Content Strategy & Creation

• Produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop platform-specific content strategies
• Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content
• Design or collaborate with designers on carousels, graphics, and visual posts
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand identity
• Stay ahead of social trends and adapt them creatively
• Optimise content for each platform’s algorithm

2. Community & Brand Growth

• Respond to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
• Encourage engagement through strong calls-to-action
• Build and nurture online communities
• Establish brand authority and personality
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, or growt

3. Paid Social Strategy & Execution

• Plan and launch paid campaigns aligned to client business objectives
• Define audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Build structured conversion funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion)

4. Performance Optimisation & Testing

• Monitor KPIs daily (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing (creative, copy, audience, placements)
• Scale high-performing campaigns
• Reduce wasted ad spend
• Continuously improve conversion rates

5. Data, Reporting & Insights

• Track conversion events, pixels, and attribution
• Analyse campaign and organic performance
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports
• Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Forecast performance and expected returns
• Identify revenue growth opportunities for clients and the agency

6. Administrative & Marketing Support (Adhoc / Ground-Level Execution)

• Execute outbound marketing activities such as email campaigns, newsletters, and database outreach
• Assist in building and maintaining CRM lists and marketing databases
• Support lead generation efforts through research, prospecting, and list building
• Schedule and deploy EDMs using platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Assist with basic copywriting for marketing emails and campaigns
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Conduct market and competitor research to support campaigns
• Support ad hoc tasks aligned with business growth initiatives

7. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative Director & Design team to elevate content quality
• Collaborate with account managers on client strategy
• Align with client sales teams on lead quality
• Provide strategic recommendations proactively

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5+ years in social media management and paid media buying
• Strong content creation and video editing skills
• Advanced understanding of paid social advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• A/B testing and optimisation expertise
• Budget forecasting and revenue modelling capability
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
• Comfortable handling both strategic and administrative / executional tasks in a fast-paced environment\
