We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – Outbound Automation & Pipeline Generation to build and scale a predictable outbound-led growth engine for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. This role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI-powered outbound, automation, and pipeline creation.
Approximately 70–80% of the role focuses on outbound automation and prospecting, while the remaining 20–30% supports SEO and Paid channels in collaboration with external agencies to ensure full-funnel performance. You will design the outbound strategy, build the systems that power it, and execute campaigns end-to-end to deliver consistent, high-quality pipeline growth.
This is a hands-on role for a builder who can translate GTM strategy into scalable execution using modern outbound and enrichment tools.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Engine Ownership (Primary Focus – 70–80%)
• Build and own a multi-channel outbound engine across email, LinkedIn, direct messages, and personalized outreach
• Set up and optimize the complete outbound tech stack
• Create targeted campaigns for defined buyer personas and ICPs
• Design multi-touch outbound cadences combining email, LinkedIn, content touchpoints, and research-driven personalization
• Build personalization logic, enrichment workflows, filters, and scoring models using tools like Clay
• Continuously iterate sequences based on performance data (opens, replies, positive responses, booked meetings)
• Partner with Product Marketing to refine ICP definitions, targeting logic, and lead handoff quality
2. Pipeline Growth & Funnel Performance
• Own outbound-driven pipeline metrics including MQLs, SALs, SQLs, booked demos, and new logo contribution
• Improve outreach performance through structured experimentation and testing
• Maintain strong data hygiene and high-quality enrichment across all outbound workflows
3. SEO & Paid Channel Support (20–30%)
• Collaborate with SEO and Paid Media agencies to support full-funnel growth
• Contribute to SEO and Paid strategy by shaping content themes, keyword direction, landing page requirements, and funnel improvements
• Ensure landing pages, messaging, and offers align with user intent and audience needs
• Lead performance reviews with agencies to assess results and prioritize initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword gaps, competitor analysis, landing page optimization, and high-intent paid experiments
• Track SEO and Paid KPIs to ensure alignment with pipeline and ROI goals
4. Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Collaborate on messaging frameworks, templates, and persona insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Provide inputs into content, landing pages, and sales assets that support outbound performance

• Contribution to new logo acquisition aligned with GTM goals
• Consistent flow of qualified demos and sales opportunities
Monthly Performance Indicators
• 3–5 qualified demos per month from outbound
• High-quality lead flow aligned with ICP
• Reduced bounce rates and invalid contact data
Operational Excellence
• Fully functional, scalable outbound engine live within the first 45 days
• Highly enriched, segmented prospect lists
• Repeatable and scalable targeting and personalization frameworks
Channel Leverage
• Improved SEO performance for priority keywords and landing pages
• Inbound pipeline contribution through SEO and Paid channels
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Outbound Automation within B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Dropcontact, Clearbit, Regie.ai, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
• Experience building automated prospecting workflows (Phantombuster, Zapier, Make, n8n preferred)
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills for outbound campaigns
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in funnel metrics, attribution, and data hygiene
• Ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Experience targeting ERP, Finance, or Operations personas
