Who You Are

You are a results-driven growth marketer who thrives across strategy, execution, analytics, and AI-powered performance optimization. You excel at building scalable growth systems, aligning marketing and sales, and driving revenue through predictable, measurable pipelines.

You are a HubSpot expert and AI-forward marketer, excited to design the next generation of automated, intelligent growth infrastructure. You think big, act fast, experiment constantly, and own end-to-end outcomes. You are continuously improving performance through AI, marketing automation, and experimentation.

Role’s Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Performance

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue performance

• Build and optimize B2B and B2B2C growth engines across digital, outbound, lifecycle, and partner channels

• Improve conversion rates, CAC efficiency, funnel velocity, and LTV

HubSpot Leadership (Marketing Ops & Automation)

• Serve as OnMed’s HubSpot owner and subject-matter expert

• Build workflows, attribution models, scoring systems, lifecycle automation, and dashboards

• Coordinate and collaborate on content creation and campaign execution with the extended marketing team including forms, landing pages, email, social media and blog

• Maintain a clean, scalable RevOps infrastructure used by marketing, sales, and partnerships

AI-Driven Growth

• Lead strategy for AI adoption across marketing and RevOps

• Use AI for forecasting, funnel diagnostics, content optimization, testing, and personalization

• Implement repeatable, scalable AI-driven processes that accelerate growth

• Provide proactive recommendations for tools and optimizations

Demand Generation & Campaigns

• Design high-impact lead gen campaigns with internal teams (content, paid media, partnerships, events)

• Build and manage quarterly paid media plans

• Drive predictable, revenue-generating pipeline

Website & SEO

• Own website performance and conversion optimization

• Lead SEO/GEO strategy with external partners

• Continuously improve site content and experience using CRM + analytics insights

Sales Alignment & Enablement

• Partner closely with Sales on lead flow, SLAs, velocity, and pipeline quality

• Develop enablement assets and playbooks (via Seismic)

• Support field marketing, ambassador programs, client marketing needs, and swag

Analytics & Experimentation

• Build real-time growth dashboards and AI-enhanced insights

• Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and funnel stages

• Translate performance data into action and revenue impact

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong ability to lead projects independently, make proactive recommendations, and solve problems

• Expertise applying AI to growth analytics, forecasting, experimentation, personalization, and workflow automation

• Ability to design and scale automated growth systems that support testing, performance measurement, and continuous optimization

• Deep hands-on mastery of HubSpot, including automation, attribution modeling, workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting

• Proven success developing data-driven growth strategies that increase lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue

• Advanced experience optimizing full-funnel, multi-channel customer journeys (landing pages, nurture flows, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting)

• Strong analytical skills across revenue performance, conversion optimization, and growth insights


Requirements:
Education & Experience

• 7+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, RevOps, or revenue marketing

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to drive growth performance and personalization

• Track record of building scalable marketing systems that accelerate pipeline and improve efficiency

• Strong foundation in multi-channel lifecycle marketing and full-funnel optimization

• Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B and/or healthcare, health tech, or technology sectors

• Familiarity with Seismic (sales enablement)

• Experience using Monday.com

• HubSpot certified


Benefits:
OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays. The base salary range for this role is up to $150,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
