About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, focusing on CRM campaigns, promotional activities, and performance tracking.

In this role, you will be involved in coordinating campaign execution, ensuring campaigns run on schedule, supporting reward distribution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as CRM, Creative, and Community. You will also assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance to help improve future marketing strategies.

• Campaign Operations for Growth Tactical Consumer Promo
• Reward Distirbution
• Data and Performance Tracking
• Campaign Analysis

• Pentolan Campaign Support
• Tracking Campaign Results
• Supporting Collateral needs for the campaign

• Cross function coordination within Marketing & Growth Team
• Collab with creative team for collaterals creation
• Collab with community team to push campaign on community channel.
• Collaboration with Celengan team to execute campaign

Requirements:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with marketing campaigns, CRM, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and tracking campaign performance.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
