The Role

We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer to scale our UK Personal Savings business. This isn't a strategy role - it's an execution role. You'll own partnerships and affiliate channels as your primary focus, while also running acquisition campaigns, managing customer email operations, and building retention programmes that keep savers coming back.

You'll report to the Growth Marketing Manager. Budgets are lean, so creativity and hustle matter more than spend. If your instinct is to find a cleverer way rather than ask for more money, you'll thrive here.

What you'll do:
• Hunt, negotiate, and close distribution partnerships across the UK savings ecosystem — comparison sites, aggregators, fintech platforms, and affiliates

• Run direct acquisition campaigns across paid social, PPC, and email

• Own email and CRM operations end-to-end in Iterable — build sequences, monitor performance, and iterate

• Drive re-deposits and cross-sell through targeted lifecycle and retention campaigns

• Report weekly with clear channel-level ROI and recommended actions

• Use AI tools daily to move faster than a traditional marketer

What we're looking for:
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in partnerships, affiliates, or growth marketing — you did it yourself, not managed others doing it

• A track record of commercial results from partner or affiliate channels, ideally with limited budgets

• B2C marketing experience — you know what motivates a UK consumer to act

• Hands-on with email/CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar)

• Comfortable across the full stack: deals, copy, campaigns, data — all in the same week

• Already using AI tools daily as part of how you work

• Data-driven, autonomous, and fast
