Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Improve website SEO performance and increase organic traffic
• Manage website updates using HTML and AI-assisted coding tools
• Run and optimize paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and streaming platforms
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions and campaign performance
• Track marketing analytics, lead quality, and ROI
• Develop lead generation strategies targeting high-income audiences
• Optimize marketing funnels and CRM workflows for better conversion rates
• Identify and collaborate with relevant micro-influencers
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Strong SEO expertise with demonstrated success improving organic rankings
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Proficiency in website management, HTML, and AI-assisted coding tools
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Experience with funnel optimization, CRM systems, and lead nurturing workflows
• Ability to independently execute campaigns from strategy through implementation
• Experience marketing premium, luxury, or high-ticket services preferred
• Healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics marketing experience is a strong plus

Basic requirements

• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
