Growth Marketer (Cold Email Outreach)

About the Role:
Are you obsessed with finding new ways to grow? Do you see cold email not as spam, but as a scientific process of starting valuable conversations at scale?
We are looking for a true Growth Marketer to own our clients' cold outreach engines. This isn't your typical email marketing job. We need a data-driven individual who can blend creative copywriting with technical know-how to build, test, and scale our lead generation programs from the ground up.
You'll be our expert on the entire outreach funnel—from digging into client value propositions and finding the perfect audience, to setting up the technical infrastructure, A/B testing copy, and analyzing the data to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.

This Role Is for You If:
You have a proven trackrecord of managing and scaling B2B cold email campaigns.
You are a strong, persuasive copywriter who understands the psychology of a cold email.
You are deeply analytical and live in the data; you're comfortable with spreadsheets, metrics, and building reports.
You're a technical problem-solver who understands email authentication (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and deliverability best practices.
You have hands-on experience with sales automation tools (especially Apollo, or similar platforms like Outreach, Smartlead, etc.).
You're naturally curious, proactive, and thrive on the challenge of finding scalable ways to grow a business.
