Role Overview

As the Growth Lead at Maxima, you will define and monitor our entire addressable market for intent signals, reach the right people at the right time at scale, and double down on what works by layering in additional channels and AI-powered workflows. You sit at the intersection of growth marketing, revops, and account-based marketing.

This is a hands-on, builder-operator role. You will use modern GTM tools (Clay, Amplemarket, HubSpot) as well as AI tools to build enrichment pipelines, scoring models, signal-based campaigns, and multi-channel workflows.

This role is focused on building systems, not running one-off campaigns. You will design repeatable, scalable growth infrastructure that compounds over time. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to be highly technical in how you approach growth. You should be comfortable building sophisticated workflows, automations, and data pipelines without waiting for engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

TAM Mapping and Targeting Strategy:

Define and maintain our addressable account universe. Build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic to ensure marketing and outbound efforts are focused on the highest-fit, highest-intent accounts.

Signal Detection and Intent Monitoring:

Monitor the TAM for intent signals and buying triggers, and build automated workflows that trigger the right outreach at the right time.

Systematic Pipeline Generation:

Build the outbound infrastructure from scratch: enrichment logic, intent triggers, AI-personalized touchpoints, and human review checkpoints, all wired to a single output: qualified meetings booked.

Channel Layering and Amplification:

When a signal or campaign is working, layer in additional channels to amplify it: paid ads targeting high-signal accounts, personalized content sequences, event invitations, direct mail. Coordinate with marketing to ensure outbound, inbound, and events reinforce each other.

Account-Based Workflows and Lifecycle Automation:

Support programmatic growth motions including outbound sequencing, enrichment, account-based workflows, and lifecycle automation across the full funnel.

Outbound Infrastructure:

Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach, owning the technical backbone of our outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows.

Cross-Functional Feedback Loops:

Build feedback loops between marketing and sales that continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion. Use closed-won/lost data, engagement patterns, and rep feedback to refine scoring, sequencing, and channel mix.

Tech Stack Ownership:

Evaluate, implement, and optimize growth tools (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent data, ad platforms) to create a seamless, high-performance growth engine.

Data Integrity:

Own data quality end-to-end. Build and maintain the data flows, enrichment logic, and sync architecture that keep our systems accurate, deduped, and trustworthy.

Performance Analytics:

Track, analyze, and report on growth and pipeline metrics. Build reporting that surfaces which signals, channels, and systems are generating pipeline, so the team can invest more in what works.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3 to 5+ years in a growth, GTM, demand gen, or marketing operations role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally at an early-stage startup where you built systems from scratch

• Proven track record of building growth systems that measurably improved pipeline generation, conversion rates, or marketing efficiency

GTM Systems Expertise

• Power user of the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Salesforce, HubSpot

• Ability to build sophisticated multi-step workflows, enrichment waterfalls, and automation without engineering support

Technical Comfort

• Comfortable with data: basic SQL, CSV workflows, CRM reporting, and debugging automation systems

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows is a strong plus

AI-Native Workflow

• Active user of AI tools for account research, personalization, enrichment, and workflow building

• Experience using Claude Code (or similar tools) to build, automate, or operate growth systems is strongly preferred

Mindset

• Builder: you prefer creating and iterating over coordinating

• Multi-channel thinker: you understand how outbound, paid, content, and events reinforce each other

• Experience selling to or working in finance, accounting, or fintech

• Ability to write Python or JavaScript when needed
