This role owns end-to-end offline growth initiatives, including on-ground activations, field team management, partnerships, and performance delivery against clearly defined growth targets. The ideal candidate will drive measurable user acquisition through scalable offline channels while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the offline user acquisition strategy to drive new user sign-ups and first-time app orders.
• Plan and execute high-impact offline activations such as events, kiosks, society campaigns, stalls, and brand-led initiatives.
• Oversee on-ground operations, including staffing, logistics, inventory management, and daily execution.
• Recruit, train, and motivate field teams, setting clear daily targets and quality benchmarks.
• Identify, build, and manage offline partnerships to scale acquisition efficiently.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including app installs, first orders, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
• Prepare and present MIS and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Continuously test, optimize, and scale offline channels and experiments based on performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality user interactions across all offline touchpoints.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, retail, hyperlocal, or startup ecosystems.
• Strong on-ground execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be present on-ground as required.
