👉 This role reports directly to the CEO — meaning you’ll be in the driver’s seat for Bitaksi’s growth agenda.

This isn’t about sitting back and “managing growth.” It’s about:

Digging deep into data and making decisions grounded in insight

Balancing day-to-day execution with long-term vision

Guiding how Bitaksi evolves in line with emerging technologies and our long-term strategy

Leading and inspiring a team of 8–12, while aligning with product, data, and field teams
