Job Description:
The Growth Coordinator supports Vendi’s new business and growth efforts by managing proposal development, coordinating internal teams, maintaining the new business pipeline, supporting agency marketing and self-promotion efforts and helping ensure successful onboarding of new clients. This role is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative. Position reports to VP of Growth.
Agency Promotion and Proposal Support Experience:
CRM / pipeline tracking / reporting
Proposal and pitch production support including research
Agency marketing / self-promotion support
New client onboarding coordination
Internal coordination across departments
Qualifications and Attributes:
1-3 years of experience in a sales- or marketing-related position or internship, or experience managing projects or other agency activities
Exceptional organization and project management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to serve as a team member in strategy, planning, brainstorming and other internal functions
Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills
Extremely high-level presentation skills
Effective personal and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
Someone who values kindness, collaboration and creativity
What success looks like:
Manage systems and processes for effective new business activities to meet internal and prospect requirements and deadlines
Determine, develop and secure opportunities for Vendi new client partnerships in alignment with Vendi’s growth strategy
Navigate public and private sector portals for new client partnerships
Develop, manage and deliver prospect proposals
Support, develop, manage and present client pitches
Proactive management of Vendi’s prospect funnel
Create estimates and proposals for clients, with assistance from growth principal or others
Create and manage assignments in project management software
Develop internal project timelines and monitor schedules
Prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports for internal and external audiences
Travel to clients, prospects, trade shows and other industry events
Participate in internal cross-functional teams
Monitor project budgets
Other tasks as assigned

Vendi’s compensation and benefits are comprehensive and robust. Cash compensation includes salary, up to 40%+ profit sharing and 4% 401k match.
