The Impact You’ll Make

As the Business Analyst for Growth, you’ll be the analytical engine driving marketing and sales development efficiency. You’ll transform data into decisions - tracking performance, uncovering trends, and optimizing how our Growth organization scales. By connecting strategy with data, you’ll enable leadership to make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions that propel revenue growth. Working within a small, high-impact team, your insights will shape how Incode’s marketing and SDR engines operate and expand globally.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Growth Analytics & Performance Insights - Leverage performance data across marketing, SDR, and event programs to assess impact, reach, efficiency, and ROI. Translate performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations that inform Growth strategy, prioritization, and budget decisions.

• Program & Event Operations - Lead end-to-end planning for 50-60 annual events, including account mapping, SDR preparation, logistics coordination, and post-event performance evaluation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with Sales, SDRs, Finance, Legal, Product Marketing, Content, and Design to align goals, messaging, materials, and execution across all programs.

• Public Sector Support - Own the event calendar and GTM coordination for the Public Sector team, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and seamless delivery across their initiatives.

• Vendor & Timeline Management - Manage suppliers, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of high-impact Growth activities.

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or growth operations.

• BA/BS in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing marketing and sales data analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and dashboard creation with complex data sets.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau (preferred).

• Experience documenting processes, improving workflows, and delivering strategic business intelligence.
