About the Venture
We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up redefining how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. Backed by a proven expansion playbook and a clear M&A strategy, we’re on track to triple revenue next year.
Our founders are serial entrepreneurs who have raised more than USD 80m from leading US investors and recently closed another strong Seed round. As we expand aggressively into new markets, we’re looking for exceptional builders — ambitious generalists who thrive in high-intensity environments and love turning strategy into execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own and scale our growth engine end-to-end. Your work will directly influence our trajectory toward 3x YoY revenue growth, with real ownership from day one. No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll launch a B2B outbound motion; the next, you’ll test Meta creatives or negotiate influencer collaborations. You’ll work closely with the founders and operate without layers of approvals or bureaucracy. Your goals will incl.:
• Build and optimise B2B(2C) GTM motions targeting SMEs including repair shops, car dealerships, fleet managers, and car rental companies
• Develop and scale new B2C acquisition channels from scratch
• Own SEA and Meta campaigns end-to-end, from budgeting and creative testing to reporting and optimisation
• Improve our SEO and GEO setup, optimise landing pages, and strengthen our organic growth engine
• Manage and grow our social media channels through consistent, high-quality execution
• Create and execute a content roadmap that positions us as a category-defining brand
• Build and test influencer marketing strategies and scale successful partnerships
• Run rapid experiments across the entire funnel, prioritising by impact, shipping fast, and iterating continuously
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in growth, performance marketing, SEO, SEA, or GTM, ideally across both B2B and B2C
• Strong execution skills in fast-paced environments such as hypergrowth start-ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player with high integrity and a hands-on mindset
• Strong passion for entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem
• Genuine hunger to learn, grow, and help build a large, ops-heavy company from the ground up
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (business background is a plus)
• Native-level or fully fluent German (C2 required)
