YOUR BASE: HEADQUARTERS FRANKFURT
This position is based at our Headquarters in Frankfurt, supporting our growing European hotel portfolio and working closely with hotels, commercial teams, and international clients across multiple markets.
YOUR ROLE AS GROUPS & EVENTS SELLER
As Groups & Events Seller, you are responsible for driving group and event business across our hotel portfolio in Europe. You turn enquiries into successful business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and create seamless event experiences together with our hotels and commercial teams.
You are commercially driven, guest-focused, and passionate about hospitality sales. From handling leads and preparing proposals to negotiating contracts and coordinating with internal teams — you play a key role in maximizing revenue and delivering memorable experiences for our clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Qualify and convert new leads within the Groups & Events segment
• Proactively generate new business opportunities across the European portfolio
• Support active Groups & Events sales activities within key markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
• Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations, and site inspections
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage event documentation
• Collaborate closely with hotels, sales teams, and operational departments to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain accurate client and sales information within CRM systems
• Support commercial initiatives and contribute to achieving team sales targets
