About The Team

We are hiring a Strategy Analyst to support a high-performing Strategy team that works directly with the CEO. You will work across a wide range of topics -- long-term corporate strategy, investment analysis, financial performance, market research, and organizational priorities -- providing the research, data, and analytical foundation that the team builds on.

This is an early-career role designed for someone who is sharp, structured, and hungry to grow fast. You will be exposed to the most consequential decisions in the company from day one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across a wide variety of strategic topics
• Build and maintain data models, financial trackers, and analytical frameworks that support ongoing strategy work
• Develop a working understanding of Amartha's P&L, business model, and financial drivers to support investment and performance analyses
• Produce first-draft slides, data summaries, and written sections for review by the Senior Strategy Manager and VP Strategy
• Turn raw data and research into clean, insight-ready charts, tables, and executive-friendly visualizations
• Support preparation for high-stakes meetings with C-suite and senior stakeholders across the organization
• Respond to ad hoc requests from VP Strategy with fast, accurate, and well-structured outputs

Requirements:
• S1 from a reputable Indonesian university (UI, ITB, UGM, UNPAD, Prasmul, BINUS or equivalent)
• Economics, Management, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines preferred; strong academic record expected
• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a structured analytical role
• Strong quantitative skills -- Excel proficiency, financial modeling basics, and comfort with data analysis
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings clearly in both written and slide format
• Exposure to or genuine interest in financial services, fintech, or lending businesses
• Fast learner who takes feedback well, improves quickly, and takes initiative without being asked
• Ambition to grow into a Senior Strategy Manager role over time
