As part of the digital team within the Group Communications Department, you will drive the Group's global SEO and GEO strategy to improve our visibility, the quality of our traffic and the digital performance of all our international websites. You will contribute to the development of our digital ecosystem, working closely with the communications, IT and marketing teams and our international subsidiaries.
This role requires working in Bucharest, Romania for 3 weeks per month, and in Paris, France for 1 week per month.
MISSIONS:
Defining and managing the Group's SEO/GEO strategy
• Overseeing the global SEO strategy (technical, semantic, content, netlinking, SXO, etc.) for more than 50 country websites.
• Develop a GEO approach (local search/geolocation/local results optimisation/listings) tailored to the Group's B2B activities.
• Develop Group guidelines and coordinate their rollout across regions.
Continuous performance optimisation
• Oversee regular SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and SEO/GEO dashboards.
• Initiate technical changes with IT to ensure a high-performance environment (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structure, etc.).
• Proactively monitor search engine trends and anticipate their impact on our ecosystem.
Project management & international coordination
• Support subsidiaries in the deployment of SEO/GEO best practices.
• Work closely with site managers and content managers.
• Participate in optimising content strategy with a view to improving SEO/GEO.
Reporting & advanced analysis
• Implement performance governance and Group KPIs.
• Optimise multi-country dashboards.
• Propose data-driven changes to improve acquisition, conversion and visibility.
Partner & tool management
• Manage relationships with international SEO/GEO agencies.
• Oversee Group SEO tools and propose the best investments.
UX/UI optimisation – Website management
• You will help manage some digital projects.
• You will help optimise our websites' features with a view to improving visibility and conversion rates.
• You will occasionally be involved in the administration and management of our websites in collaboration with other members of the digital team (creating pages, monitoring corrections and updates).

Education
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Data or equivalent.
Experience
• At least 7 to 10 years' experience in SEO, including some in an international context.
• Experience in multi-country coordination and in a complex environment (international group, B2B or financial services would be a plus).
• Experience in cross-functional project management and agency management.
Key skills
• Expert knowledge of technical and semantic SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of localised SEO and multi-domain/multi-country management.
• In-depth knowledge of GEO, strong ability to integrate developments in this field.
• Very good understanding of UX, analytics and web architecture issues.
• Strong digital culture and ability to explain technical subjects in layman's terms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.).
Soft skills
• Analytical rigour, ability to take a strategic view.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent English mandatory. French speaking would be a real advantage.
