Responsibilities:
Research market values and inventory conditions using dedicated software to ensure accurate pricing and positioning.
Communicate reconditioning plans with each store’s designated contact to facilitate timely vehicle readiness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Used Car department and store teams.
Collaborate with store personnel to achieve group and store‑level objectives.

Requirements:
Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship‑focused, Motivated, Attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn dealership systems.
