What you’ll achieve

As the Group HRIS Senior Specialist, you will report to the Group Head of HRIS and work closely with the Global HRIS Team. You will help Dedalus Human Resources, Managers and Employees to get the most out of Workday and work across several modules within Workday, to ensure the business use them to the fullest extent helping Dedalus to make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Configure and improve several Workday Modules including Compensation, Learning, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking and HCM Core

• Perform Workday data audits, administering changes where necessary, build reports & dashboards and complete data bulk uploads

• Answer requests from employees across Dedalus running into issues with Workday

• Work with stakeholders to understand pain points and help resolve issues and suggest improvements

Essential Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Workday in a post go-live environment

• Strong configuration skills with Business Processes, Security, Reporting, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) areas

• A deep understanding of key Workday functional areas such as Staffing, Worker Data, Organisations, Business Processes, Security, Reporting & inbound/outbound integrations

• Familiar with HR processes and relevant metrics & Data Integrity principles

• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in an easy to understand way to stakeholders

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Query & Power BI

• Ability to manage large volumes of data

Desirable Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Flexible hybrid working from Milan Office & remote working
