The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a passionate, certified Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, engaging, and thrives on building meaningful connections with members. You’ll lead motivating, safe, and effective workouts that reflect the ‘I am Limitless’ brand and elevate the client experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead dynamic group fitness classes that energize and inspire participants.
Demonstrate proper form and technique, offering modifications for all fitness levels.
Cultivate strong relationships with members and contribute to our welcoming studio culture.
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready before and after each class.
Manage music and equipment to enhance the workout experience.
Support studio tours and assist with sales when needed.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with clients and staff.
Qualifications:
Nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
Specialty certification in [e.g., Barre, Cycling, Yoga, TRX] is a plus.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Liability Insurance.
Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a strong grasp of exercise safety and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, confident, and motivating personality.
Reliable and punctual, with flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
